Random funness!!!!

Pom trouble

 Ahhh!!!! Help me. 
 I bought a new pair of hullican poms and there a size smaller than i really am. I do this every time I get a pair of poms but these seem to be taking FOREVER!!! 
 Does anybody have any ideas on how to make them stretch without hurting, and easy ways to break them in?
